CHHS is owned and managed by a Registered Nurse who has been in the Healthcare industry for 35 years. CHHS is Medicaid approved for patients from children, adults, and seniors providing exceptional quality care. CHHS focal point is delivering professional care from the start while advocating for our patients along the way. We specialize in patient centered care by developing a Plan of Care (POC) to create a healthier lifestyle for you in the comfort of your home. CHHS will supply you and your caregiver with the equipment and education to maintain a healthy lifestyle, maintain as much independence as feasible, reduction in hospital readmissions, and when to seek medical help that may potentially “Save Your Life” Via CHHS NEE Process
